MTA 2025 Application for Beneficiary Submission

Application for potential beneficiaries of the 18th Annual Monumental Tournament of Aces taking place at the Links of GlenEagles on October 4th, 2025.  

 

At this time of the year, we are delighted to inform our participants about the MTA event for 2025. We are excited to announce that we have officially confirmed the date for the event in 2025.   Please mark your calendar and reserve the date of October 4, 2025, for our MTA event, as we would love to share a great time with your family and friends just like last year. We are eager to create wonderful memories together this year as well.  

I want to express my gratitude to all the sponsors and participants who backed the MTA event and most importantly, honored us with their presence and contributions. Because of your commitment, we have the capacity and self-assurance to work together to serve the needs of our community.

Additionally, I want to let everyone know that you should keep an eye out for our "Super EarlyBird" special, which will give you the opportunity to save even more, starting in early April 2025.

The beneficiary application process will be publicly accessible through the Rotary Club of Cochrane website starting on February 1, 2025, and ending on February 28, 2025. 

 
Please submit an email to the Rotary Club of Cochrane (info@rotarycochrane.ca) with the following information before the end of day February 28, 2025 to be considered for this event.  

 

Please title the email ATTN: MTA 2025 Application  

Please include the following details, in the same order, in the email:  

  • Name of Beneficiary (Project/Group/Club/etc) 

  • Contact Name  

  • Contact Email and Phone Number 

  • Please describe the project that the funds would be put towards if you were the successful candidate (PLEASE NOTE: applications must be for one-time capital or service project expenditures, excluding operating and administrative costs).  

  • What is the overall budget for the project?  

  • What funds have already been raised for this project? Are there any outstanding funding applications?  

  • How will the project benefit the community?  

  • What is the expected completion date of the project?  

  • What can your organization do to help support the event? (ie. recruit sponsors, provide registrants, arrange volunteers)

Please review your application to ensure it contains all the necessary information prior to submitting. The contact person/details list in the submission may be contacted for any clarification to the application.  

Applications will be reviewed in early March 2025 and the successful application will be selected by April 1st, 2025. Only successful applicants will be contacted at the end of the selection process.
